According to the Heart Foundation, nearly 80 million Americans currently suffer from some type of cardiovascular disease. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States, with more than 1 million succumbing each year. By 2020, cardiovascular disease is predicted to be the leading cause of death worldwide. So what can you do to minimize risk?

Follow the Alkaline Way to heart health.

  • Check your acid-alkaline balance daily to stay in touch with your body’s metabolic functions.
