Resveratrol and Cancer?

Yes, the antioxidant present in red wine and grapes has been linked to cancer in a recent Oregon Health & Science University study. This doesn’t mean that you have to stop drinking red wine or grapes, but most definitely cautions against large doses that exist in supplements. It is heartening though  to note that other plant based antioxidants like Quercetin dihydrate, soluble Orthoproanthocyandins (OPC) and freeze dried pomegranate juice present in PERQUE Pain Guard Forte and Repair Guard, do NOT show this recently discovered teratogenic property of  Resveratrol and can be used as effective antioxidants. PERQUE has never recommended pharmacological doses of resveratrol.
